Victoria Lancaster is the founder of Victoria Lancaster Law. A long time Napa resident, Victoria began her career in the wine industry and later became an attorney specializing in estate planning and debt settlement matters. She is licensed to practice law in California and is a member of the California State Bar and the United States Federal District Court of Northern California.

As an attorney serving Napa, and neighboring counties, Victoria is available to counsel individuals and families who want an attorney dedicated to the protection, preservation and distribution of their estates. Victoria caters to clients seeking to plan their estate needs including revocable trusts, irrevocable trusts, wills, durable powers of attorney, advance health care directives, special needs trusts, probate and trust administration.

Victoria received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Administration from California State University, Chico, and her Juris Doctor degree, cum laude from Empire College School of Law, where she was the Editor in Chief of the Empire Law Review, passing the bar upon graduation from law school. Victoria works diligently to achieve a simplistic approach to estate planning by clearly explaining the content of each document and it’s intent in the planning process. Clients that want to protect their families, their hard earned assets, are close to retirement or already retired have found her approach very helpful and reassuring.

Victoria is active in several professional organizations including the Napa County Bar Association, Napa County Commission on Aging, Rotary Club of North Napa and the Empire College School of Law Alumni Association.
